The intelligent design of the SmartPak Modular Container System makes it a compact and cost effective structure platform for applications ranging from temporary exploration and construction camps to longer-term dormitories and office facilities.
- Comprised of rugged steel structural framing with monolithic insulated floors and ceilings and insulated sandwich panel walls
- Electrical lighting and outlets are standard; plumbing and other interior elements are optional.
- Modules ship disassembled in a well-designed package for very efficient transport / logistics. The 2.43M x 6.1M (8’ x 20’) modules are then fully assembled and fitted-out on site in approx. 2-3 hours.
- Individual modules can be utilized as housing or office accommodations or modules can be connected together to make larger, open plan structures.
- Container modules can be stacked three high for space sensitive applications.
- Assembled container modules share the same size and characteristics as 20’ ocean freight containers and can be handled / transported in their assembled configurations
